Yoga & Acupuncture Event

Yoga & Acupuncture Event
Friday, May 30th from 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm @ Stretch Yoga, 180 E Pender St, Vancouver, BC V6A 1T3
Join us for a deeply restorative and healing experience that blends the grounding practice of yoga with the calming effects of acupuncture. This 65-minute fusion class is designed to support your mental and physical well-being by helping you reset, reconnect, and restore.
We’ll begin with a 45-minute yoga flow to gently awaken the body, release tension, and calm the mind. The class will close with a 15 to 20-minute savasana where acupuncture needles will be applied to key points to enhance relaxation, regulate the nervous system, and promote inner balance.
Whether you're looking to reduce stress, ease physical discomfort, or simply carve out time for yourself, this event is for you.
This session can be utilized towards extended health benefits if your provider has acupuncture coverage. Receipts will be issued after the treatment has been provided and you can submit to your provider at that time.
All sales are final, no exchanges or refunds.
