At Unplug Hour Wellness, we want our policies to be clear and easy to understand. By booking an appointment, registering for an event, making a purchase, or using our website, you agree to the policies outlined below.
Appointment Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you.
We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or change an appointment. Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as missed appointments, may be charged the full appointment fee.
If you have questions regarding a cancellation or need assistance with your appointment, please contact the clinic.
Events, Workshops & Classes
All event, workshop and class registrations are final and non-refundable, unless the event is cancelled by Unplug Hour Wellness.
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person. Please contact us before the event with the attendee's name and contact information so we can update our registration list.
Tickets cannot be transferred to a future event or exchanged for clinic credit unless otherwise stated.
If Unplug Hour Wellness cancels an event, registered attendees will be contacted and offered a refund or other available option.
Event schedules, practitioners, instructors or other details may occasionally change when necessary.
Purchases
Prices displayed on our website are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes are added where required.
Retail Products
Unused and unopened retail products may be eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of purchase with proof of purchase.
For health, hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare, personal-care, herbal or other consumable products are final sale unless defective.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law.
